  5. Any grievances with a club should be addressed directly with them. For unresolved concerns, particularly if a club violates ZAZAPASS terms, visit our website for support.
  6. The pass cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred. Purchases made for others or unused passes are non-refundable.
