  1. The ZAZAPASS is effective for one year starting from the purchase date, allowing unlimited visits to all participating clubs.
  2. Please ensure the name on your ID matches the details provided at purchase; mismatched information will result in entry denial.
  3. Participating clubs maintain the authority to refuse entry for any reason. Should entry be denied, reach out to the club for resolution. Adherence to each club's specific entry criteria is mandatory.
  4. ZAZAPASS bears no liability for entry issues or for any club's operational changes, including varying open hours or availability.
  5. Any grievances with a club should be addressed directly with them. For unresolved concerns, particularly if a club violates ZAZAPASS terms, visit our website for support.
  6. The pass cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred. Purchases made for others or unused passes are non-refundable.
  7. We reserve the right to modify these terms and to add or remove clubs from ZAZAPASS at our discretion without refunds or compensation.
  8. ZAZAPASS is not accountable for the conduct of any clubs included in the pass.
